has confirmed its operating schedule for the 2026 period. The Spanish supermarket chain, which operates 1,599 stores, will close all locations on Sunday 1 November. All branches will remain open during standard hours on 31 October.
Shoppers should note that stores in , Aragon, Asturias, Canary Islands, Castile-La Mancha, Castile and Leon, Madrid, Extremadura, and Navarre will also close on Monday 2 November. This follows the regional decision to move the public holiday to Monday.
The 28.5% market share leader will maintain normal 09:00 to 21:30 hours on 2 November in regions including Catalonia, Valencia, and Galicia, where it remains a working day. The -owned firm will resume standard national operations following the break.
