The prescription-only treatment costs 236.20 euros for 30 tablets and lacks public funding. Indicated for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 with comorbidities, the daily pill achieved 16.6% average weight loss in a 64-week clinical study of 307 adults. Spain is the fifth global market to offer the oral format, which requires no refrigeration.
