Spanish authorities have launched a major security operation in Madrid and Barcelona to counter 'Blocus' urban sabotage calls. Following 130 arrests in Barcelona on 24 October, mostly involving minors, police are monitoring TikTok and Telegram channels. The **Ministry of the Interior**, **CITCO**, and regional executives are coordinating the response. In Madrid, 200 anti-riot officers will secure **Plaza de España**, while Barcelona's **Mossos d'Esquadra** will perimeter commercial zones like Paseo de Gracia and the Ramblas. This intervention follows the arrest of channel administrators in Valencia and Bellmunt d'Urgell for inciting violence. Regional President **Salvador Illa** has guaranteed an institutional response to the vandalism, which emulates recent French student protests.
