A judge in Majadahonda has summoned , wife of Prime Minister , to testify on 23 October. The court appearance follows a lawsuit filed by Vito Quiles for false reporting after an incident at a restaurant in Las Rozas, Madrid, earlier this year.
The legal action comes after a magistrate archived a previous complaint by Gómez against Quiles in May. While she had accused him of harassment, the court determined his recorded actions lacked criminal relevance. Quiles now alleges her report was fabricated.
Quiles faces separate legal challenges, including a criminal case involving Beatriz Corredor and a trial for denigrating a member of Libres y Combativas. Prosecutors seek a two-year prison sentence and a journalism ban for Quiles over the latter interview incident.
