The Madrid region has announced the XIII edition of ¡Bienvenidos a palacio!, running from 11 September to 1 December 2026. The cultural programme offers 8,000 free spots for guided tours across historic sites, including the Palacio de Goyeneche and Liria.
Registration opens at 10:00 on 2 September 2026 via the Central de Reservas de Patrimonio Cultural. Bookings are limited to one palace per person, with a maximum of two spots per process. Confirmation emails may take up to 72 hours to reach the applicants.
The initiative provides rare access to landmarks like the Embassy of Italy and the Swedish Embassy. By opening venues such as the Palacio de Godoy and Castillo-palacio de Aldovea, the programme highlights the architectural heritage of the Madrid community.
