Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has announced that a new housing decree will be presented to the Council of Ministers this Tuesday. Speaking at an event in Getafe to introduce PSOE candidates for the 2027 elections, he urged Parliament to validate it.

Tensions remain high within the coalition as Sumar warns of internal protests if the decree lacks ambition. While Sánchez seeks legislative approval, Díaz used a rally in Rivas-Vaciamadrid to align with protesters demanding urgent action on housing rights.
