Illa proposed five to six measures with a ten-year continuity, focusing on teacher training, school autonomy, and inclusive schooling. He committed to increasing funding to 6% of GDP, defining Catalan as the essential language for school social cohesion.
Parties presented diverse priorities, from Junts' focus on teacher authority and language protection to the CUP's call for public school reinforcement. The Government has now opened a formal dialogue process through the Consell d’Educació de Catalunya.
